Was MANJA-ed

Abby suggested for a girls day out... to do what?
Hair, Nails, whatever to pamper myself. Both of us used to go to JB very impromptu to do mani+pedi during the times when I was preggie coz I can't cut my toenails because of my huge tummy. Hahaha...

So I thought.. Hey, great idea! It's been a while since I last pampered myself especially during the pregnancy and after that.

So first stop we went to was to do our hair at this Unique Salon, while waiting for the famous mee hoon kueh shop to open at 12.30pm! I did a cut, and so did the rest. (Damage: RM35 which includes wash and blow as well)

After mee hoon kueh, we went to Holiday Plaza to do our nails. Soph and I did pedicure, while Rach Minn did extensions and gel overlays. Very pretty! But I'm not sure if I can sit there for 2.5 hrs straight and not be moody! I don't have the patience to do it. Hahaha. (Damage: Rm35 for pedicure, if mani+pedi=RM58)

Since 2 of the weddings that I'm going to this month has the theme purple.. So I decided to paint my nails purple. Anyway, my heels also have a tinge of purple. This is matte purple. Using OPI suede. :)

After nails, the moment we've been waiting for... the one that we saved the best for last.. we went for a full body spa and massage at this place, called Manja Spa just opposite Holiday Plaza.:) Once inside, you really feel that you're in Bali. You just can't imagine Holiday Plaza is just round the corner.

It started off with a shower, then jacuzzi... then ginger scrub, then steam bath, then the Royal Javanese Massage!! It was sooo good. We just chatted happily in the jacuzzi and all that. I have never felt that way in such a long period of time.. I used to do all these back in Melaka with my colleagues.. But sadly... everyone now has family.. hardly go out. (Damage: RM148, includes everything, jacuzzi, steam bath, scrub, massage). Sorry no pics. Too excited to take pics.
