I have not been really running since like.. July? And thought the weather was perfect, A. Linda was around to care for Sara...So, I just went out for a short run before it pours!

Potty-training
I've heard of friends who start potty train their babies since they are newborns. But oh well...
Sara likes to sit. And her poo-poo is getting more, thicker, smellier. It's quite a massive job when I want to clean her if she poos in her diapers. Was thinking of trying to potty train her.
Since I need to be creative to entertain her, I guess potty-train will excite her (hope so!) as how bathing time is also an excitement for her too!.
I found this soooooo cute! It has a matching blue lid for boys!

Solids
I'm sooo eager to try out solids (or rather, pre-solids) on Sara.
I guess she's also ready to eat... and also, I wanna try out my new toy:
It's a steamer & blender combo by Avent. For ppl as lazy as me, I just need to throw the food in, then steam it. Once done, I just flip the jug to blend it. There are 3 kinds of blends. Very fine, medium fine, and not-so-fine when baby gets older. For more info.. click here.
The set came with 20 food storage cups in 2 different sizes. 6oz & 8 oz. Woohoo!
And a stage 2 teether. Just nice coz Sara has a stage 1 teether already.
It was a good buy, even "cheaper" than the Msian online baby shop. :)

Poo-poo
In English, it means passing of motion.
And Sara did a massive one yesterday. We went for lunch after service, and she poo-ed! On Daddy's lap, and his jeans, oh my! Her clothes, her socks, were all in yellowish-greenish color!
But she could just happily smile and move around. While changing her on a food court table, she was just happily looking everywhere. How wonderful, I thought. No worries in her life, except for eat, sleep, play, poo, pee. :P
Sometimes, I wished, we could do just that. No worries in life. Our days here are getting shorter.. I'm really feeling it. I'm not sure if Sara will remember this place after we're gone. :)

We can't understand
How God moves sometimes. I was pretty down the past couple of days because of decision making to move back home to Melaka. But I guess, we can't get the best of everything, some things, need to be sacrificed.
While bickering around about the decision to move back... I just heard/saw on FB that my friend just lost her child at 5 months pregnant. I can't comprehend why, and for a moment, I did question God, why her? She had already suffered two miscarriages within the same year, and now, at about 5 months!
I just can't understand.. Why? Like they always say.. Why do bad things happen to good people? Precisely! I just pray and hope that she will be back up on her feet once again and that He will continue to strengthen her and perhaps, show Himself strong to her.
I looked back and saw Sara... How she puts a smile on my face even though how tiring she can be at times..How I have taken everything for granted. The Blessing that she is. God gives life.. and He takes it away. That, is a fact. We can't comprehend why He sometimes do that, but He does. We always limit Him in our little boxed minds that He should be this and that.. but the fact that, our knowledge itself can't comprehend the whole of Him.
And because of that, I felt at peace, with the decision made, though hubby and I still have a little bit of resentment and reluctance to go home. We just pray that everything will be put in place, as we first honor Him in obedience.
I am blessed.

Sara @ 5mo
Just short of 5 days to 5mo, Sara's growing updates:
Weight: 7.75kg (0.55kg)
Height: 67 cm
Just about a week ago, she started sleeping without being carried/rocked.
I just needed to pat her to sleep. Viola! And now, she plays longer, so I let her play longer to make sure she really, really, is sleepy before she sleeps.
I'm not sure how, but somehow when I put her head at the beginning of the cot, she always either end up head on the other end, or she's moving downwards, or her body is across the cot. Well, that's how my girl sleeps!
She is starting to teeth as she's salivating more than usual, bites more things than usual, everything that she sees, she grabs, then it goes into the mouth. So I need to wash her toys as often as possible.
She is still drinking 4oz in a 2hr interval..sometimes less than 2 hrs. Tried giving her more to last her longer, but looks like she hates long drinks.
Her hair is growing! Definitely. And it's pretty fine, just like her dad's!
She likes to lie on her tummy.. and sometimes for a good 1 hr on the tummy, either she can "munch" on something.. or she just play, or more so looks as though she's "swimming" with both her legs up too. She can sometimes fall asleep in that position no matter how hard we try to put her in the side position. Funny though.
She now is much more attentive to sound and sight. Call her, and if she recognizes you, she will give you a smile.
She is starting to "talk" making ahhh sounds and the likes.

List of things we need to get...
Before we go back home...

3) Iphone4 - Me want

And the verdict is..
We're going back!
Yeah.. just that we don't know when it will be. It could be as soon as end of next month, or it could be as soon as next year? Not sure. But we're definitely going back.
So sad.. looking at all the pics that captured the moments that we've had here in Spore especially with church and cell ppl.. makes me shed a tear or two. But life has to move on. And it's a whole new chapter of it especially when Sara came on board.
We do hope that we're still able to keep in touch with everyone here. Awww.. this ain't a goodbye speech. Hehehe..
Oh well.. till then!

Humble Home
Some pics to side-track first.
Sara in her play-gym. She wanted to flip, so this is what happened. The gym is getting smaller for her already.
This girl, I put INSIDE the gym, underneath the rainbow.. but this is where I found her after about 15 mins of mopping the floor.
She insisted on sleeping this way. Turned her to the sides, she didn't want. Moved the towel away, she pulled back.
**************
We have been very blessed by one of our church member, actually my cell host. She is now renting this place to us... Our humble home...

Decisions...
Have gone for 2 interviews... And it is a toss between me and someone else, he said. But it requires heavy traveling.. minimum for any trips, will be at least 3 weeks... I thought to myself, "OK, 3 weeks is still ok, I'm able to cope,". But then he said, I need to go for a thorough training to learn up on the quality systems, etc..and that will be at the HQ in San Diego, and for 3 months! I almost fell off the chair!!
Suddenly all kinds of thoughts passed through my mind..."Sara grows super fast, and she's changing all the time, do I want to be apart from her that long? Am I willing to be away from her that long? She would probably forget about me after I come back." And all kinds.
He wanted me to start immediately, next week! But I really can't. I really can't. Sigh. I shall just give it a pass. I would have taken it if I didn't have Sara. Oh well, a sacrifice to make when you're a mum. Mummy loves you, darling!
