Fluttering heartbeat!

We just went for our 2nd check up, and really thank God there was indeed a fluttering heartbeat! Jason was pretty glad and excited that he came with me to witness this even though poor him, he had an exam later today....

The scan pic is a bit vague, can you see that tiny white spot amidst the black stuffs? (I circled it in red). Few weeks ago that black stuff (called the sac) was only 3.5mm. Now, it's holding the white stuff (the baby) at 12.5mm, means it's much longer already! In the live video, there was a little flickering on the screen and doc said that's the heartbeat! Wow! I was looking all over for it, but I couldn't see it until she pointed it out... and she said "Well, so far, there's only one".. I said, "Thank God!" Haha.. I think Jason will faint if we're having twins.. :P

Praise the Lord, that the baby is "growing", there's a healthy heartbeat even though I was super worried with all my excessive vomiting. Doc said it's a very good sign that I'm vomiting as the body is producing lots of hormones, and it will get worse in week 9 and 10. Oh no! I need to be prepared! She gave me 90 tabs of anti-vomit pills and folic acid. Muahaha. She did notice that I lost weight too. (Did I tell you we had to do a routine test each time we visit the doc. My BP, sugar/alb/urine level, weight, for the doc to monitor me).

Next check up, 4 weeks later, where I will have all the blood test done..
