It baffles me when sometimes some people choose to listen to "strangers" or someone whom they met online rather than those friends who are physically around them and who knows their actual situation.
Anyway, we all have a choice. We have a choice to what we want to listen to. Whether it is a pat on the back, or a slap on the face, we can choose. But then again, sometimes, it takes pain to take heed to those who "slaps" on our face, because they know you better and after all, they usually speak the truth. :)
You can fly high in cloud 9 for a moment, and after that, just come down with a splat when the truth comes around.
That's why mum, and now hubby says always choose my friends carefully.
I do. And that's why I miss my besties. They are one of a kind. We can just say our minds out but we won't take it to heart. :)
