Oats

Ok, someone who then told hubs that to lower down cholesterol or good way of detox/fibre, is to fill up maybe a quarter/half a cup of oats. (Not the instant ones, the ones that you need to cook). Then fill the cup with water, and leave it over night.

The next morning, drink and eat it together. Trying to discipline ourselves to do it every morning. Let's see what happens. :)

Your stool will come out smooth and nice. :)
